How would I know if my appliance is worth repairing?
With over 30 years of experience in the industry, issues can be diagnosed almost immediately. After a solid diagnosis, we will inform you if your appliance is worth repairing or requires replacement.
Do you sell or buy new or used appliance?
No, we only provide diagnosis, installation, maintenance, and repair services. However, we provide needed consultation. If you require any help related to buying an appliance, you can always call us a suggestion.
How will I know about your arrival?
We realise your time is precious and we never intent to waste it. For your convenience, all of our appointments are scheduled within a two or three hour window. Before arrival of the technician, our professionals give you a courtesy call to let you know about the arrival time of the technician.
How do you charge?
We don’t charge you extra and we don’t have any hidden charges. We write complete statement of the work required by the technician. The total bill is divided into three parts: diagnosis fee, labour charges and parts charges. We ensure our customers get the best possible service for the best possible price.
Why is it necessary for me to stay home to attend the call during my scheduled appointment?
Our customers trust us, but we can’t send our technicians to your home without you being there. If you’re uneasy with the given time, you can always cancel or reschedule your appointment by simply giving us a call.

Will my appliance be fixed the same day?
All of our technicians mostly carry all the required parts in their vehicle. However, if parts are required then they will be ordered immediately.
Will I be paying again if the technician has to return because of non stock part?
Of course not! You don’t have to pay anything extra.
When can I expect you to come?
Normally we attend for the diagnosis, installation, repair or maintenance on the same day.
Do you provide any warranty of your installation or repair?
For installation and repair, we offer 3 months labour and up to 12 months for parts.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
In any case where you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at least 2 hours before the actual repair/installation appointment.
What appliance brands do you repair and install?
We repair and service all brand makes and models of appliances.
Do you provide your services to households only?
No. We don’t only cover households. We have also been serving commercial lines for years.
Can you bill me?
No, payment is required at the time of service. We accept direct debits, credit cards, cheques, and cash. When paying in cash make sure you have the correct amount because our technicians may not have the correct change. We also accept credit card payments over the phone.
